Darcy Nyrose
Darcy brings a vast breadth of product development and sales experience in multi-family, single family new and re-sale real estate. Beginning his career in real estate sales 15 years ago, Darcy quickly gained a reputation for being an innovative sales professional with a keen awareness for qualifying buyers, showcasing the benefits of each home and effectively closing sales.
Throughout his tenure as Vice President of Sales for the Lower Mainland's Solterra Development Corp. and Polygon Homes, Darcy has successfully launched more than 51 new home communities. With this came sales of over 1,700 homes per year, all while maintaining a professional team of more than 30 sales people. Darcy attracts and retains the highest caliber of sales professionals in the industry as he is a proven producer and a great leader.
In his previous experience in the Media sector, Darcy was also responsible for creating and launching one of the Lower Mainland's leading real estate magazines - Westcoast Homes and Design magazine for the Pacific Newspaper Groups' Vancouver Sun and Province.
An avid sports enthusiast, Darcy is often spotted on the badminton courts before sunrise, the slopes snowboarding in winter or on the water wakeboarding and surfing in the summer. His biggest pride and joy is his family, wife Shauna of 8 years, son Jack who is six, and three-year old daughter Jade.
Darcy holds a valid real estate license through Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty and a diploma from the University of BC's Sauder School of Business in Marketing and Sales Management.
Jennifer Williamson
Born and raised in the Okanagan, Jennifer has worked in the real estate industry for over four years. Jen's passion, energy and great sense of humor have allowed her to become one of Kelowna's stand-out buyers agents in a short period of time. One of Jennifers best assets is her creative approach- never one to do things 'the way they've always been done', Jennifer brings fresh ideas to all aspects relating her business. Her extensive experience in the hospitality industry is evident in her approach to her clients, being sensitive to their needs and desires, and providing exceptional service. And as a home grown Kelowna gal, Jen is an expert on the area and is our Relocation Specialist.
When she is not helping her clients buy their dream home, Jen spends her time on the soccer field, volunteering at the Kelowna Women's Shelter and enjoying all the wonders of the Okanagan - from hitting the winter slopes to beach volleyball in the warmer months.
Jen is a licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
Jason Koverchuk
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty, Jason was the Broker/Owner of Nexus 30 Properties in Las Vegas. Jason was also a Director with Playground Destination Properties, an Intrawest Company and during his tenure with Intrawest, he served as Director of Sales for Tonopalo, a fractional resort community on North Lake Tahoe that was the most successful community of its kind in the Western U.S. Jason also led Playground's resort business in back-to-back record sell-outs at Lake Las Vegas which to date, is the largest single day sales total in the history of Lake Las Vegas.
Jason started his real estate career in 1995 and during that time led a wide variety of projects in several market segments. His project experience includes, resort, urban, condo-hotel, village, high rise, mid rise, golf communities, and fractional real estate. Jason will be following his passion and working as a Property Specialist at Predator Ridge Resort and is a valued addition to the Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty team in Kelowna.
Dave Sutherland
Dave Sutherland, a licensed Realtor®, is a long time Kelowna resident who, for many years, advised business, industry, labour, first nations and government on change management issues. He has also been active in neighbourhood and community advocacy. In his spare time, he is a talented song writer and performer, a family guy, and enjoys a broad range sports and other activities. In the aftermath of the 2003 wildfire, Dave and his wife (Jan) played a role in coordinating a neighbourhood revitalization initiative. Dave joins Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty as a member of the Nyrose and Associates team, where he continues his long tradition of success by being a good listener and a guy dedicated to having fun while helping people manage important transitions. 'Decisions about buying and selling our homes is huge for most of us, filled with a combination of excitement, adventure, anxiety, opportunity and risk. I consider it an honour to be able to help people manage their home buying and selling decisions and I look forward to great success as part of this team.'
Tiffany Munsey
Nyrose & Associates is pleased to welcome Tiffany as our newest Sales Professional. Born and raised in the Okanagan, Tiffany brings an outstanding knowledge of the Kelowna marketplace and real estate industry. Demonstrating drive and entrepreneurial spirit from a young age (she was a competitive horseback rider and trainer), Tiffany was encouraged by her parents to pursue a career in real estate. She studied business and commerce at Douglas College and Urban Land Economics at UBC in Vancouver , returning home to Kelowna last year to pursue her goal of becoming one of Kelowna's top real estate professionals. Tiffany came to Nyrose & Associates nearly a year ago as our marketing and sales coordinator, after working for another top real estate development company Pacific Capital Real Estate Corp. specializing in resort, residential and commercial projects. Tiffany's clients appreciate her confident, outgoing and approachable personality, along with her resolve to always support their objectives. She has found a perfect fit as one of our Buyer Specialists with Nyrose & Associates.
Tiffany is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys wake boarding and wake surfing, horse riding, snowboarding and scuba diving! And while she has travelled all over the world, Kelowna will always be home.

Shauna Nyrose, Marketing Manager
Shauna officially joined the team as our in-house Marketing Manager in January 2010. She has 14 years experience in marketing and advertising, primarily having worked as a part of CanWest Global's and the Vancouver Sun and Province's national print sales team for 12 years in Vancouver.
Shauna also has great media contacts here in Kelowna and an excellent reputation in the marketing community, having worked at MacLean Group as an Account Executive on real estate accounts such as Black Mountain, the Gate, Yaletown and Re/Max Western Canada. Shauna is responsible for putting together comprehensive media plans, both online and traditional, to support our developer and listings clients.
Her other job is as a Mom to Jack and Jade and in her 'spare time', she can be found in the yoga studio, running the Mission Greenway or enjoying a Starbucks latte!
Shauna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University. She is also a a board member for the Kelowna-Okanagan Marketing, Creative and Media Society.
