Happy New Year from Predator Ridge! It’s hard to believe that it’s been nearly a year since I joined the team at Nyrose & Associates at Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty. What a great group of people and I love the way we run the business, always trying to think outside the box with a “Fresh Approach” to marketing and selling real estate! Since joining the team, I have been concentrating my efforts at Predator Ridge, the golf course community between Kelowna & Vernon.
