Travelling through the South Pandosy neighborhood in the Lower Mission, I can’t help but notice those big cranes.  Although much smaller in scale than the Vancouver city scape, they are a reminder that Kelowna is evolving.  South Pandosy seems to have really transformed this summer into a hip little desitnation community, complete with boutique shops and unique services dedictated to serving the needs of a trendy urban demographic. Ethan Allen, Original Joes and Moksha Yoga are great additions to South Pandosy mainstays like Bella Boutique and the Wardrobe, Hector’s Casa and the Marmalade Cafe.  All of which makes also make South Pandosy a fanstastic place to call home.

SOPA Square – one of several developments in the immediate area – is arguably the jewel of South Pandosy.  Stacey Fenwick, Director of Sales & Marketing, talks about this exciting new project in an article we did for the Capital News.  Check it out below!
