Cypress Point is a very fine collection of golf course villas and bungalows  overlooking Black Mountain golf course. Today’s buyer is really looking for value without compromise. Our homes feature some of the lowest dollar per square foot costs in the valley, and access to the best amenities that Kelowna has to offer. With all levels of schools, the YMCA, shopping, and restaurants all close by, yet the ability to retreat into a quite haven every night, there are few communities in the Okanagan that can offer the quality of life which is a part of our community.

  

Today’s buyers are more aware of what they want, and less willing to pay for what they don’t need. The ability to purchase our exceptionally finished, completed homes today, or customize their home for possession before the end of 2010, really speaks to our clients.   The villas at Cypress Point are extremely luxurious homes, and there are very few comparables for this type of home in the area.

 

We are seeing interest mostly from locals, specifically those that live in the immediate area and know the benefits of living here. In addition, there has been strong interest from the Vancouver area, Alberta, and even from Eastern Canada. All clients are looking for quality of life, and value.

 

Prospective buyers are all very surprised and impressed with the finishing we offer.  These are not cookie-cutter homes.  Hardwood flooring, large granite counters, high ceilings, large covered decks and creature comforts such as audio & TV wiring have all been well received by our buyers.

 

 

The development industry has changed significantly due to the “rationalization” of purchasers of our homes. Buyers are looking for value and willing to do with a little less space, while maximizing quality. Our homes feature a range of floor plans, some as small as 1071 square feet on the main floor, but the quality is not spared.  Clients have recognized and appreciated this, and chosen to make their investment with us.

 

Maximizing efficiency of floor plans, new finishings, and increased wiring within homes have all been increasing trends. I think these are the way of the future, and ROHIT has pulled these off with great success at Cypress Point. All homes are ‘smart wired’ and feature TELUS smart panels, floor plans minimize wasted space such as hallways, and all homes feature the latest products and finishings the markets have to offer. These homes are truly among the best in the Okanagan.
