A Fresh Approach to real estate advertising

I am very happy that Nyrose & Associates has kind of carved out our own little niche here in the Okanagan in serving the sales and marketing needs of local developers. We have had the great fortune to have worked alongside some of the best in the area (Mission Group, Troika Developments, Rohit Communities, etc).
So I was thrilled when we landed a new project with a couple of very tall Dutchmen looking to launch a community of affordable single family homes and townhomes on the Westside. Putting aside my ‘short-man’ syndrome (since I am not technically short at 5 ft 10.5″), these guys have been simply fantastic to work with. We are looking forward to the ‘official’ sales launch of Elkridge early this fall.
Elkridge is unique in the sense that it has always been the ambition of the developers to bring these homes to market within the price range of what we would consider ‘affordable’ in the Okanagan. With such a glut of condo’s and luxury homes currently on the market, there is certainly a gap when it comes to new homes that can accommodate a family, at a price point that is within reach of the middle income budget. I have been saying it for months now, new homes built for this market (young/ expanding families) in the $250K- $450K are still in demand…
The showhomes at Elkridge are well underway (schedule for completion in early September). But since we didn’t have any product to showcase yet in an advertising campaign we decided to do something different. By highlighting some of the ‘problems’ buyers are facing with their current homes (too small, too old, etc), we can demonstrate how Elkridge has a solution.
Check out the ads on the Elkridge Blog and let us know what you think!
