Welcome Jason Koverchuk and Ashley Thompson!

We are thrilled to announce the addition of two new pro’s to our team, both of whom bring big personalities and their own brand of fresh ideas to our real estate business.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty as a lisenced REALTOR, Jason was the Broker/Owner of Nexus 30 Properties in Las Vegas.  He was also a Director with Playground Destination Properties, an Intrawest Company and during his tenure with Intrawest, he served as Director of Sales for Tonopalo, a fractional resort community on North Lake Tahoe that was the most successful community of its kind in the Western U.S.  He also led Playground’s resort business in back-to-back record sell-outs at Lake Las Vegas which to date, is the largest single day sales total in the history of Lake Las Vegas.  Yay Jason!  Jason will be following his passion and working as a Property Specialist at Predator Ridge Resort.

Jason is also known for his snappy style and passion for a good beet salad.   He and Darcy share a love for karaoke, particularly anything by Madonna.  In fact, they have been known to sing a duet or two in the past.   Jason has a lovely wife, Julie and two adorable kids, Kai and Melia.

Ashley Thompson, our new Admin Coordinator!

After viewing dozens of resumes and many interviews, it seemed like we were never going to find the right fit for our Administrative Coordinator position.  And then we found Ashley.    She immediately impressed by her tenacity in pursuing the position.  Prior to joining Nyrose & Associates, Ashley excelled in administrative roles at Witmar Developments in Kelowna and as a Receptionist and Marketing Assisant for Jigsaw Homes in Calgary. Her experience also includes Office Managment at Point of View Real Estate Develpments in Calgary.

Ashley brings a stong background in creating customer experiences beyond expectations.  She is cheery and fun, and always has a thousand things on the go.   Sorry guys, Ashley is happily attached to her boyfriend Aaron and spends her free time… wait, free time?  Not sure she has any of that!
