Every year, Coldwell Banker® acknowledges their top producers through awards and distinctions based on a number of factors; sales volume, gross commissions, number of units sold, etc.   Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty has been recognized as a Chairman’s Circle office which ranks them in the top 1% of the 105 year old Coldwell Banker® global network once again.  That’s pretty amazing – a testament to the hard work of many of the great Realtors® at Horizon Realty, and fantastic leadership under our Managing Broker, Susan Tough.

In 2010, Darcy and his team, Nyrose & Associates, received the prestigious distinction of International Presidents Elite Team.

I don’t often come out from behind the scenes but really, it is my job and my responsibility to ensure that ‘good news’ about the team is shared – it helps us build our still relatively young business and darn it, in this economy, good news is well… good to hear!  I personally know how hard Darcy, Jennifer and Jason worked last year to earn this award.  And while it may be few years still ’till we catch Jane ;) , not too shabby for our second year in business here.  We are so grateful to the developers and residents of Kelowna for putting their trust in ‘the new kids’ at Nyrose & Associates.

I know we are looking forward to having another great year in 2011, especially with the addition of ‘the Daves’ and Tiffany to the team!
