We are thrilled to welcome long-time Kelowna resident, Dave Sutherland to the team!

Dave is a great addition with an impressive track-record of helping people manage important transitions, having spent many years advising business, industry, labour, first nations and government on change management issues. ‘Decisions about buying and selling our homes is huge for most of us, filled with a combination of excitement, adventure, anxiety, opportunity and risk.  I consider it an honour to be able to help people manage their home buying and selling decisions and I look forward to great success as part of this team.’

Dave Sutherland, a licensed Realtor®, is a long time Kelowna resident.  He has also been active in neighbourhood and community advocacy. A proud resident of the Crawford neighborhood for many years, Dave and his wife (Jan) played a role in coordinating a neighbourhood revitalization initiative in the aftermath of the 2003 wildfire.

In his spare time, he is a talented song writer and performer, a family guy, and enjoys a broad range sports and other activities.   Dave joins Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty as a member of the Nyrose and Associates team, where he continues his long tradition of success by being a good listener and a guy dedicated to having fun while helping people.

He also bears an uncanny resemblance to one of our other Nyrose Team members… can you guess who?  ;)
