Kelowna Real Estate Pros

Despite all the gloomy reports and predictions surrounding the Kelowna real estate market, there are still signs of an upswing in the air.  The BC Huffington Post reports that housing starts will actually trend up this year.  This prediction is courtesy of CMHC who says housing starts will rise from it’s current 27,400 to almost 29,000.  While prices will remain fairly constant for the time being, there will be a slight increase come 2014. The majority of the housing starts activity is expected in Vancouver, with KELOWNA and Abbotsford-Mission areas also seeing ....
