Shauna Nyrose

Shauna Nyrose is our in-house Lifestyle and Wellness Consultant. She is a certified yoga teacher, legacy Lululemon Ambassador, founder of the Lit from Within Project, owner of Okanagan Yoga Retreats…. and in her spare time, wife to Darcy. Shauna provides guidance to the Nyrose and Associates team and their clients, helping them make intentional choices that align with living with purpose, clarity, passion and ease. She understands the importance of balance with work life, family and health and you can see her out and about either hosting a yoga retreat, teaching up and coming new yoga teachers, or volunteering her time in the the community. If you are new to Kelowna and the Okanagan or you were born and raised here, she is always available to discuss how to live a healthy, vibrant Okanagan lifestyle.
