We regularly work with out-of-town buyers (and locals) looking to buy a home in Kelowna. So many, especially those with young or school-aged children, are looking for the answer to the same question:

The answer to that is as unique as the requirements of the buyer. Ask us that question and we’ll likely lead to through a series of questions and introduce you to a few of the favourite family neighbourhoods in Kelowna.

- Proximity to playgrounds and parks (walking/bike riding distance)
- Safe streets (quiet, low-traffic levels)
