Jennifer Williamson

Jen is a homegrown Kelowna girl. Born and raised, she breathes the “Kelowna lifestyle” and has that innate knowledge of the area that can only come from being local. She knows Kelowna’s secrets. You know, hidden beaches, tucked away walking trails, best streets, local hot spots etc.

As a local, she loves to support local. Jen lives in the heart of Kelowna (the hospital area) which puts her in walking/biking distance to some of her favourite shops and restaurants.

She loves a good glass of Okanagan wine, a workout at Orange Theory Fitness and spending time hiking and exploring the area with her husband and sons. And, don’t forget Friday Night Pizza & A Movie Family Night, complete with pizza from Hansen’s Pizza (a local Lower Mission pizzeria).

Every Day is a New Puzzle to Solve

Throughout University (she holds a B.A. in International Relations), Jen worked in customer service and the tourism sector. She loved meeting people who were spending time in the Okanagan, and decided a career in real estate would tie in her love of meeting new people with her love of her city.

Jen became licensed in 2006 and joined Nyrose & Associates in 2009. She loves the diversity that each day brings. A problem solver by nature, Jen enjoys a good puzzle (figuratively and literally). Each real estate transaction is different, with new and unforeseen issues that can pop up. Every day is a new adventure and she loves the challenge of successfully helping her clients with their real estate needs.

Jen is a people-person and loves good communication. With years of experience behind her, Jen knows the myriad of emotions that every client is bound to experience at some point throughout the transaction. By being proactive, and providing open and available communication, Jen can help take the edge off the stress.

Enthusiastic. Organized. Supportive. Positive. Motivated. Those are words people use to describe Jen. All traits that make her so likeable by her clients. She has a high repeat and referral rate, and always receives a glowing review!

And, while she loves working with people over and over again, she also finds great satisfaction with helping first time buyers find that ‘just right’ first home, and helping new people make the move to the area (and love it just as much as she does!).

For Jen, watching someone make their new home their own is a feeling that never gets old.
