What key features are important to you? Start with the big things such as property type, yard, view, location, parking, pool, number of rooms, and additional space. There are some things you might want that are easily added or exchanged such as paint colour, type of flooring, appliances etc.
Are you specific to a certain neighbourhood in the area or are you open to a variety of areas that capture your wish list? Sometimes your dream home might not be where you're looking.
