Here’s What Happened in the Kelowna Real Estate Market in December 2019, the year 2019, and the past decade! Join in as Darcy Nyrose walks us through some of the big real estate industry changes that have taken place over the past 30 years, then zeroes in on the past decade, and the past year. The result? Kelowna is a resilient market and can weather whatever new rules, changes etc. are thrown our way.
Darcy’s been in the business since 2006, first in Vancouver and then moving to Kelowna in 2008 during a tough market. Through it all, he’s established himself as a leader in this business and knows how to manage whatever the current market might be doing. It’s this experience and knowledge that leads the team at Nyrose & Associates – a team that is perfectly positioned to help you buy or sell in Kelowna.
It’s typical to see numbers and prices drop in December when compared to November and the busier months of the summer and spring. Of note: sales numbers for December 2019 outpaced December 2018. With a little less inventory on the market, we’re also seeing some pricing increases over this time last year. This is all good news as we head into 2020.
