DECEMBER'S NUMBERS:
It's typical to see numbers and prices drop in December when compared to November and the busier months of the summer and spring. Of note: sales numbers for December 2019 outpaced December 2018. With a little less inventory on the market, we're also seeing some pricing increases over this time last year. This is all good news as we head into 2020.
