Typically, November, December and January are slower months for the Kelowna real estate market, so while the numbers of sales is down, it is to be expected. Currently, we’re noticing a lot of sellers with expiring listings are choosing not to re-list over the winter. This is actually good news if you’re thinking of selling. With less homes on the market, it makes now a really good time to sell.
