Kelowna's condo market is holding fairly steady this season in listings and price, though sales are down slightly over last month. Year over year we have more condos on the market, fewer sales but pricing is steady.
The townhome sector is fairly consistent in listings and sales over last month and last year. That being said, average sale price is down 10% over last year and 23% over last month.
There's less homes on the market right now when compared to this time last year, and last month but we are seeing more sales, which is also resulting in a higher average sale price.
