We’ve been paying close attention to the sales numbers across each sector and there’s a trend that’s worth mentioning.
In the Single Family Home sector, for 4 months in a row, the sales numbers have increased over last year.
In the Townhome and Condo market, the sales numbers just missed posting an increase for October (vs. last October); however, we did see increases in July, August and September over last year.
What does this mean? Buyers are out there buying!

October saw less inventory across all sectors vs. September, which is understandable for a fall real estate market.
