Wow! Once again, the real estate market is HOT. Listing inventory is down (over last month and last year) and prices are up substantially over last year, though holding fairly steady to September 2020. And, the number of sales happening isn't typical of October in real estate. In fact, we saw an 85% increase in sold homes over October of last year.
