Condo sales volume was low for December 2023 - 27% below November 2023 and 4% below December of last year. The average sale price of a condo has fluctuated a little bit throughout the year and is 8% below December of 2022.

Kelowna Townhome Real Estate Market Stats - December 2023

Townhome sales volume was low for December 2023. Sales were down 15% over November and down 19% over December 2022.  The average sale price has been fairly steady throughout the year, down only 3% over December of 2022.
