1. How long have you been in the real estate business?
I started as a Mortgage Associate in Alberta and now have been a REALTOR® in Kelowna since the beginning of May.
2. How long have you been part of the Nyrose and Associates team?
I moved from Calgary and have been with the team since May. I am very excited to be working with Darcy and the rest of the team at Nyrose and Associates.
3. What are the top three things that your past clients would use to describe you?

4. What is a typical day for you?
I get into the office by 8:00. I spend the morning making calls and following up with my emails from the night before. In the afternoon you will find me researching properties for clients, networking with industry experts, prospecting or showing properties to my clients.
5. Do you have any skills or talents that most people don't know about?
I was employed as an EMT-A working on an ambulance for two years before transitioning to Mortgage lending.
6. Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up?
I think like most boys you either wanted to be an NHL player or firefighter. I couldn’t skate to save my life …so the NHL dream was finished, my eyesight wasn’t good enough for the fire department. I did get my certification as an EMT-A and worked on the ambulance for two years though.

9. What are you happiest doing, when you are not working?
Spending time with family and friends!
10. What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
Real estate can be scary for some people. I try to make the entire real estate process easier to understand by providing guidance and follow up. You really must take the time to listen to your customer(s) to find out what is important to them.
