As fate would have it, a few years later, I was provided the opportunity to purchase and develop on a piece of land that would have met all my parents’ (and their friends’) wishes. There were more mainstream things I could have chosen to do with this property; however, I believed in the unique value proposition of my parents’ dream.

It dovetailed nicely with my own vision and propensity for building homes that are anything but typical in order to meet the needs of the most discerning of home buyers.

My parents were right - there IS nothing like it on the market.

So I created it.
