Ultimate Service is the measure of success for Coldwell Banker real estate agents. Upon transaction completion, every Coldwell Banker buyer & seller has the opportunity to provide a review on their experience with their Coldwell Banker agent. These results are tabulated and yearly Ultimate Awards are handed out.

"The Ultimate Service awards means the most to me and my team because it means our clients have received excellent service. I like to think of it as the 'People's Choice' award in that it is based on client satisfaction and customer service" says Darcy Nyrose, who leads the team at Nyrose & Associates. "This is the fourth year in a row our team has received this award and we are truly grateful to our clients for trusting us with their real estate needs."

• Don't take anything for granted - we are experienced and have lived through real estate cycles here in Kelowna. From that, we know we can't take any market for granted. We also can't take people (our clients and team) for granted either.
• Teamwork makes the dream work - we believe in teamwork every step of the way! And one of our golden rules is to always have two agents assigned to every client so our clients are always looked after.
• Have some good professional fun in the process - we LOVE our industry and our jobs and work hard! So, when we can, we have fun too.
