We've been experiencing some great HOT weather, with more hot days on the way. Well, our local real estate market has followed suit. What we've got is the best of Kelowna's summer coupled with the best of what typically looks like a hot spring market. It makes for busy REALTORS but when you love what you do, it's worth it!

Recently, The Canadian Real Estate Association reported that home sales in June were nearing or even beating pre-pandemic levels after coming to a near standstill earlier in the year as a result of non-essential businesses closing or slowing down to help slow the spread of COVID-19. So, this month, we took a look at home sales and sale prices over the past 3 years and we can tell you... we're seeing higher sale prices and more sales than we've seen. That's a great indicator that our market is as hot as the weather!
